Lolly Kebabs

A sure hit for any party - for little people (or grown ups) are these quick and easy lolly kebabs.

Bright and colourful these easy to make lollies on a skewer look awesome piled together on a party plate or included in the party bags for each guest.

  • wooden skewers (soak in water for 15-30 mins before use to make each lolly slide onto the stick more easily)
  • a selection of lollies - sweet or sour
  • cellophane bags for sealing + ribbon, tags or trim if you want to wrap each skewer up for each party guest to take home.

Decide on a colour scheme or if you prefer, choose all sour, all sweet OR a mix of both.

Disposable gloves are handy and hygienic when handling lollies.

Once you have chosen your lollies, lay them out to see that you are happy with placement before threading them onto the skewers.

Start threading each lolly onto the wooden skewer. Lolly snakes look great threaded onto each skewer. And sour straps also look pretty cool too..

Cap off the top, with a lolly that will cover the pointed tip of the skewer.

Finish by slipping each kebab into a plastic cellophane bag, secure with ribbon and a tag - if desired.

All done! Enjoy!
