We are based in The Junction, a suburb of Newcastle NSW - if you live locally, you have the option of ordering and paying online and then collecting your order personally, from our store.
Once your payment has been processed and your order is packed, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for collection. Generally, your order will be ready for pick up the same day or the next working day.
Most orders come in at under 5 kg in weight, however, for large, heavy orders weighing between 5kg - 20kg, we offer a flat postage rate of $18.00 AUD.
We do use a frozen pack in an endeavour to protect perishable goods (eg: chocolate bars) from the warmer weather during transit. However, please be aware that this may not be enough to protect some products from heat damage so order at your own risk. We are unable to refund or replace products that have melted during transport.
Our little shop has a high turnover of products which means that sometimes, popular items sell out quickly and our stock levels can change dramatically in a short period of time.
We are constantly working on systems to keep our stock levels on our website accurate but sometimes, unavoidably, some items listed may not actually be available.
We apologise if this happens and we will of course, refund this item immediately.
We pack your order using bubblewrap, recycled boxes (where possible) and each order is packed with an ice pack to try and keep the items as fresh and cool as possible. Your order is then slipped inside an Australia Post satchel and it heads off to your place!
